Our Tuscan Lunch is the most extensive culinary experience offered by Enoteca Castello Sonnino (not considering the cooking class). A true immersion in the products and production spaces of Castello Sonnino.

From a guided tour of the historic 16th century rooms, to a tasting of products sourced entirely from the estate.

In addition to the three wines normally included in our tastings, we will have the Vinsanto, considered one of the finest in the world.

Wine Tour
Selection of 4 Sonnino wines (1 white/rose, 1 vintage red, the Chianti Montespertoli Riserva and our award-winning Vinsanto del Chianti)
Gastronomic Pairing – Appetiser of 0 km products including including our cheese, salami, honey and jam. A first course consisting of pasta made from the ancient grains of Castello Sonnino combined with a sauce prepared using only products from our organic vegetable garden and a second course based on meat fed with grain from the estate. And to finish, cantucci biscuits made from the ancient grains of Castello Sonnino.
